My experience in the Real Estate industry started in 1972 when I went to work for my father as a Realtor in his brokerage firm.  I worked as a sales associate until 1976 when I took over ownership of the company, which I owned until 1996.  In 1996 I sold the company to Richard Selzer, owner of Realty World-Selzer Realty.  I currently work at Realty World-Selzer Realty and as a partner with John Bogner, who has been the top residential sales person in our market area for over 20 years.  While I am a Certified Residential Specialist, I do specialize in luxury home sales,  as well as ranch, commercial property sales.  I am a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.  Being a native of Ukiah, and having been in the real estate business since 1972, I have a wealth of knowledge to help council my clients and customers, as well as valuable contacts and long standing relationships with appraisers, lenders, contractors, engineers and other professionals often involved in the sale of real estate.
